It starts with the right plan you make now, and kick off starting Q1.
A 15-minute discovery call where we decide if working together will be mutually beneficial.
A 90-minute call where we discuss the current state of your business in-depth, and where you want it to be in 2025. Here we will review revenue, customers, current sales and marketing processes, and I will request additional information to review accordingly.
After 15 business days of review and prep work, I'll deliver the following:
1. A comprehensive Functional Marketing Systems Map showcasing the current marketing systems (the tools, logic and activities of marketing), as well as an Improved Map. The Improved Map will be the visual foundation for the future growth of the marketing function.
2. An Executive Dashboard showcasing the most important numbers (leads, MQLs, SQLs, etc.), and targets for each of those KPIs for the year of 2025 and 2025 Quarter 1
3. The delivery of 3-5 Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) that includes the findings from customer and distribution team interviews.
4. A Priority of Marketing Campaigns Document listing the highest leverage marketing campaigns that ought to be run to achieve the KPIs in the Executive Dashboard. Included in this document will also be ways to improve the sales process with marketing automation, Big Data, AI, and other ways to increase outcomes with low cost.
5. Liz's recommendations on the roles to hire in-house (such as a Marketing Technician), what roles should be covered by agencies, introductions to agencies Liz has worked with and had great experience, and support in laying out any role-specific outcomes for ease of management.
